Dart folklore has suggested that the name “Killer” was derived from one of the oldest game themes in the book of games. The “last man standing” theme. It’s timeless and can be found in television shows, movies, and sports of every stripe.

You guessed it! The objective of this dart game is to be the last dart player standing…simple. To make things interesting, all players will throw a dart using their “non-dominant” hand to decide what their number will be throughout the game.

The Dart Game Killer – Rules

• The first step is for you to become a killer. You do this by hitting the “double” score in your assigned number. Relax, no one’s going to get hurt. Once you’re a killer, you can begin to eliminate your opponents.
• There are “lives” involved! Each player begins with three lives.
• Once you’ve achieved “killer” status as described on step 1, you can now take lives away from your opponents by hitting their assigned number area.
• One hit on their assigned number takes away one life.
• Beware! If you accidentally hit your own number, you will lose one life. Your dart game depends on your deadly aim.
• When a player loses all their lives, they are eliminated from the game.
• The last player standing is declared the winner!

Killer - Dart Game Strategies

• Hit your double as early as possible. The sooner you become a killer, the quicker you can begin to eliminate your opponents.
• If you’re playing on teams or in small groups, focus on hitting the numbers of the good players first.
